Qualifications

• 5/6 years of experience in Industrial Inventory Controlling, preferably in fashion or structured organizations.
• Strong accounting and finance foundation around inventory and COGS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel; BI tools; Stealth3000 is a plus.
• Excellent command of Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities for inventory and related costs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee stock movements, inventory counts, reconciliations and in-transit stock management.
• Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis for executive review.
• Support inventory-related procedures across procurement, production planning and industrial controlling.
• Monitor stock levels, rotations, and stock reuse/recycling/disposal activities.
• Assist with audits during stock takes and statutory closings.
