We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our Group Quality Team and play a key role in ensuring consistent product quality across our global water heating manufacturing footprint. This role requires experience with welding processes, particularly related to pressure-containing components (e.g. pressure tanks), as well as solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and industrial quality standards.
You will lead and coordinate quality control activities across multiple production plants, with a strong focus on newly established manufacturing sites (such as in Egypt and India). This position will require frequent on‑site presence to set up, stabilize, and audit quality processes.This is a highly hands‑on role, with significant time spent on the shop floor working closely with local quality teams, production, and engineering functions. You will be a key driver of quality culture, operational discipline, and continuous improvement across plants.Quality Control Managers in the assigned plants will have a dotted‑line reporting relationship to this position.

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between € 52.000 and € 77.000. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program.
