Job summary

TECHNOR ITALSMEA in Lombardy is seeking an Industrial Controller to join a small finance team and support the CFO in building a structured management control process for production and operations.

You will analyze costs, monitor KPIs (OEE, production efficiency, waste), and help with budgeting and forecasting while proposing improvements to reduce waste and optimize flows across the plants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as industrial controller in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel, ERP, and BI skills.
• Fluent English required for reporting to parent company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine the management control system to monitor performance.
• Support CFO and production teams to identify inefficiencies and cost reductions.
• Define KPIs, reporting, and budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with finance and production to ensure objectives align with strategy.
