Ferrero invites motivated students to join the Industrial Controlling team for a six-month curricular internship at the Balvano site in Italy. You will analyze plant performance, work with KPIs, and learn how financial processes drive business decisions in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The role includes exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost estimation for new initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Pursuing a master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights.

Mansioni

• Support analysis of industrial performance using key KPIs.
• Assist planning activities including budgeting and forecasting.
• Contribute to cost estimation for new projects and initiatives.
• Support local administrative and reporting tasks and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gain exposure to the industrial environment.
