Isoclima Group in Italy is seeking an Industrial Controller with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing to support the Controlling team and collaborate with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial functions to deliver accurate economic-industrial analyses.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost analysis, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, stock valuation, and supporting monthly/annual closures and digitization projects.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing/production Controlling.
• Knowledge of industrial accounting, cost analysis, BOM/MRP.
• Excellent Excel and good English; SAP and BI tools a plus.

We are looking for an Industrial Controller with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing companies.

The selected candidate will support the Controlling team in monitoring the Group's industrial performance and will work closely with the Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial functions to provide accurate economic-industrial analyses, guide decision-making processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of the industrial budget and periodic forecasts, focusing on production costs, materials, labor, and profitability/margins.
• Analyze variances between standard and actual data to identify the causes of variation and define corrective actions.
• Monitor industrial costs (raw materials, indirect costs, outsourced processing) and collaborate on updating standard costs.
• Support profitability analysis by product, job/order, customer, and business area.
• Monitor stock, inventory valuations, scrap, and analyze key production KPIs.
• Contribute to corporate reporting, monthly/annual closures, and digitization and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

Education and Technical Skills

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent pathways.
• For Senior profiles: 2-5 years of experience in similar roles within production or manufacturing companies.
• Knowledge of industrial accounting principles, cost analysis, and familiarity with production logic (Bill of Materials/BOM, MRP, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Qlik will be considered a plus.
