Job summary

DAB Pumps Spa, based in Italy, is seeking a proactive Industrial Controller to join the Finance Business Partnering team. You will partner with Operations to translate business strategy into financial targets and drive performance, delivering sustainable financial results.

The role requires 3-5 years in industrial finance, a degree in Economics/Finance/Management Engineering or related field, and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to translate strategy into financial targets and initiatives.
• Drive performance management with transparent KPIs and proactive reviews.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and annual target setting for Operations.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Own financial performance, reporting, costs, CAPEX, and operational metrics.
• Ensure robust controls and month-end processes, including accruals and valuations.
• Contribute to strategic projects while upholding compliance and ethics.
• Perform additional analyses as needed.

POSITION -Industrial Controller

We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented and result-driven Industrial Controller to join our Finance Business Partnering team. In this role, you will be partnering with the business to drive performance, support strategic decisions and deliver sustainable financial results.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations to translate business strategy into financial targets, plans and actionable initiatives.
• Drive performance management by providing transparency on financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities and challenging performance where needed.
• Drives business reviews prioritizing a forward view and acting proactively
• Prepare financial planning and forecasting activities for Operations, including annual target setting and forward-looking business reviews.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, new initiatives and business cases.
• Own financial performance and reporting, including monthly results, costs, CAPEX and other key operational metrics.
• Ensure strong financial processes and controls, supporting month-end closing, accruals, valuations
• Contribute to strategic Operations projects, while promoting high standards of compliance, ethics and internal control
• Other analysis needed by the company.

WHO you are:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field;
• 3- 5 years of experience in roles such as Industrial Controller, Financial Controller or similar roles within structured industrial environments;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive attitude, with a strong focus on results ;
• Analytical skills and Business acumen;
• Agile and curious mindset.

Target Hiring Range

Total compensation package in the range between €50,000 and €63,000 gross per year.
