Job summary

DAB Pumps Spa, based in Italy, is seeking a proactive Industrial Controller to join the Finance Business Partnering team. You will partner with Operations to translate business strategy into financial targets and drive performance, delivering sustainable financial results.

The role requires 3-5 years in industrial finance, a degree in Economics/Finance/Management Engineering or related field, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Industrial Controller, Financial Controller, or similar roles.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proactive, results-driven mindset with solid communication skills.
Analytical mindset with business acumen and curiosity about process improvement.
Agile mindset and ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Operations to translate strategy into financial targets and initiatives.
Drive performance management with transparent KPIs and proactive reviews.
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and annual target setting for Operations.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
Own financial performance, reporting, costs, CAPEX, and operational metrics.
Ensure robust controls and month-end processes, including accruals and valuations.
Contribute to strategic projects while upholding compliance and ethics.
Perform additional analyses as needed.
