ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions leads the construction and industrial services scope for capital investments related to fixed assets. The role oversees a cross-functional team from initial concepts to project closeout, ensuring safe startup and efficient utilities supply for factory operations.

With 10+ years in complex sites and PMI-certified project leadership, you will manage budgets, engage General Contractors and system integrators, and ensure compliance and documentation across the project

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in complex construction sites.
• Manufacturing project management in an international environment.
• PMI certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Organize project execution and manage budget.
• Coordinate third-party contractors and suppliers.
• Manage project documentation and digitalization.
• Coordinate URS with TAP/Utility & Corporate functions.
• Coordinate contractor tender, FAT/SAT, commissioning and closeout.
• Manage project communications with local authorities.

Conoscenze

Fluency in Italian and English

Project management

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Formazione

Civil engineering or equivalent

PMI certification
