Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management team and report directly to the Project Management Team Leader. You will be responsible for managing customer projects in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and overall performance, ensuring effective coordination from kickoff through completion.

Competenze

• 4-5 years of experience in project management preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience in industrial environments and project-based businesses is an advantage.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent command of English; strong organizational and planning skills.
