ABB E-mobility is seeking an Indirect Procurement Buyer to manage supplier relationships, streamline purchasing processes, and support digitalization and AI-driven procurement initiatives. The role focuses on onboarding, documentation, PO management, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, international environment.

You will engage with global stakeholders, conduct market benchmarking, and lead negotiations to optimize value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in procurement or sourcing in a global context.
• Fluency in German and English both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and procurement systems.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and qualification.
• Handle purchase requisitions and PO processes with SAP.
• Maintain PO database and ensure timely closure of POs.
• Coordinate supplier documentation (GTCs, banking info, Ariba questionnaires).
• Lead market benchmarking, RFPs, and supplier negotiations.
• Draft and implement framework agreements with Legal.
