Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or a comparable business function.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Experience with SAP and procurement-related systems.
• Knowledge of procurement compliance, contract management principles, and corporate governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI-driven process improvements.
• CIPS qualification, or comparable procurement certification, is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support end-to-end supplier onboarding and qualification.
• Coordinate and execute purchase requisitions and PO processes per ABB policies.
• Maintain PO documentation in SAP and related systems.
• Develop relationships with an international supplier portfolio and support procurement strategies.
• Own and manage the PO database for timely closure.
• Resolve invoice exceptions in Basware with stakeholders.
• Lead supplier onboarding, collect GTCs, banking info, and Ariba questionnaires.
• Maintain Indirect Procurement SharePoint with up-to-date records.
• Conduct market benchmarking, RFPs, and commercial negotiations.
• Draft framework agreements with Legal and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build strong internal relationships across global functions and regions.
• Prepare procurement reports and KPIs for decision-making and improvement.
