Pall Corporation, a global leader in high-tech filtration, is seeking an Account Manager for the East Europe Energy+ sales team. You will develop strategies to grow existing accounts, promote Pall technologies, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored energy solutions across refinery and industrial sectors.

The role requires 3+ years in relevant industrial sales, a preferred technical degree, and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Competenze

• 3+ years’ experience in providing products and services to Refinery and Oil & Gas, Chemical or General Industrial industries.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders targets.
• Drive business expansion by significantly increasing market share in existing accounts through establishing and nurturing strong relationships with end-users and customer management.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact customer capacity expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales and strategic teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful sales completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Pall teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that address customers’ needs promptly and secure sales opportunities.
• Report and communicate all high-value business opportunities, solution concepts, and strategies to Pall management through SFDC and Energy+ standard work.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree preferred (mechanical/chemical engineering, chemistry, biological sciences, or technical degree) or equivalent experience
