You will unpack client briefs, analyze needs and context, track trends, shape proposals, oversee campaigns from concept to execution, and build strategic narratives for high-profile clients and internal teams. Fluent in Italian and English; ~5 years experience.

• Experience in an agency or fashion/creative environment.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.

• Develop end-to-end creative strategies and platforms for luxury and fashion brands.
• Unpack client briefs and analyze needs, market context, competitors, audiences and culture.
• Track trends across fashion, art, music and subcultures and translate into strategic direction.
• Shape creative proposals that combine aesthetic vision with measurable KPIs and business value.
• Oversee projects and large-scale brand ecosystems for consistency across touchpoints.
• Lead campaigns from concept to execution, connecting creative choices with data and performance insights.
• Build and present strategic narratives and manage relationships with high-profile clients and internal teams.
