Job summary

Eda Industries S.p.A. is seeking an ICT Support person to join the Technical Office in Cittaducale (RI). The role sits in the Digitalization group and focuses on implementing and managing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security.

You will work full-time on-site, collaborating across departments to promote new technologies, resolve issues, and document IT processes. Strong English is required and a technical diploma is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and Linux OS.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS networks.
• Ability to configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Understanding of virtualization and cloud concepts.
• Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies.

Responsibilities

• Keep the company IT infrastructure updated and identify optimization opportunities.
• Promote the use of new information technologies within the company and train departments on their use.
• Support employees in resolving software or device problems.
• Provide hardware support to staff.
• Draw up the necessary documentation.
