Job summary

Lilly in Italy seeks an Associate Director Pricing, Reimbursement and Access (PRA) for ICEE to translate global and international access strategies into concrete market plans that enable successful launches and sustained patient access across ICEE markets.

You will partner with PRA peers to prepare negotiation strategies and business cases, summarize portfolio status for leadership, run launch-readiness workshops, and shape pricing, timing and access assumptions in cross-market plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8+ years of pharmaceutical experience, incl. 3-4 years in pricing/reimbursement/market access.
• Knowledge of pricing/reimbursement in CEE and/or Israel.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and portfolio presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple markets in a matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of payer needs to anticipate requirements.
• Act as therapy area expert by understanding treatment pathways and data.
• Work with ICEE affiliates to prepare PRA documents and tools.
• Partner with ICEE affiliates to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Implement reimbursement and access plans with ICEE affiliate PRA leads.
• Share best practices within the Hub and IBU.
• Represent ICEE PRA needs to IBU and support rollouts of PRA strategy.
