Ferrero is seeking an Ice Cream Product Design Manager in Alba (CN, IT) for a hybrid, permanent role. You will support development, validation, and industrialization of ice cream products, working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will contribute to formulation development, product validation, and specification management, while maintaining documentation to meet food safety and regulatory standards. English fluency and travel readiness are required.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology or related discipline.
• Proven experience in product development within the Ice Cream category.
• Knowledge of ice cream formulation, raw materials and manufacturing processes.

Mansioni

• Support formulation development, product validation, and specification management.
