• Engineering graduates with understanding of production processes.

Mansioni

• Manage production and human resources activities on the shift.
• Coordinate the line team in operational activities and optimize resources (materials, methods, labour, machinery).
• Oversee start-up, interruptions, slowdowns, or breakdowns with Maintenance.
• Apply resource allocation criteria on lines and workforce; assist in merit plan development.
• Ensure safety standards (food hygiene and workplace safety) are followed and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.
