Ferrero is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Product Design Ice Cream Account to lead FSQ integration across the product development lifecycle. You will work with R&D, Marketing, Legal, Packaging and Manufacturing to ensure FSQ criteria are embedded from concept through market launch.

You will own Product FSQ Specifications for the Ice Cream category, drive continuous improvement, and serve as a global FSQ contact for non-conformities and incidents, while supporting governance discussions and KPI

• Fluent English required for global collaboration and communication.
• Willingness to travel globally to support Ferrero FSQ initiatives.

Mansioni

• Own and embed FSQ requirements across the product lifecycle for Ice Cream projects.
• Support all stages of the product innovation pipeline with R&D, Marketing, Legal, Packaging and Manufacturing.
• Create and maintain Product FSQ Specifications for the Ice Cream category and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide FSQ expertise during deviations and act as a global contact for non-conformities or incidents.
• Lead development and management of FSQ KPIs and the Innovation dashboard.
