Ferrero is seeking an Ice Cream Product Design Manager in Alba (CN, IT) for a hybrid, permanent role. You will support development, validation, and industrialization of ice cream products, working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.

You will contribute to formulation development, product validation, and specification management, while maintaining documentation to meet food safety and regulatory standards. English fluency and travel readiness are required.

Research & DevelopmentJob ID:77373Alba, CN, IT (Hybrid)PermanentAbout the Role:We are looking for an Ice Cream Product Design Manager to support the development and industrialization of products within the Ice Cream category.In this role, you will contribute to innovation, renovation and continuous improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable product solutions.Main Responsibilities:Supporting Product Research and Development activities across innovation and continuous improvement projects, you will contribute to formulation development, product validation and specification management.You will execute laboratories, pilot plant and industrial trials, analyzing results and supporting product industrialization activities in collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality and other technical functions.Through the maintenance of technical documentation and product specifications, you will help ensure compliance with quality, food safety and regulatory requirements.Additionally, you will support the resolution of product-related issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the category.About You:You hold a master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology or a related discipline, and have proven experience in product development within the Ice Cream category.You possess a good understanding of ice cream formulation, raw materials and manufacturing processes, as well as knowledge of sensory evaluation, food safety and quality standards.You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments, managing multiple priorities and contributing to project delivery through a hands-on and proactive approach.
