Ferrero is seeking an Ice Cream Product Design Manager to support development and industrialization of ice cream products. You will contribute to innovation, renovation and continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable product solutions.

The role involves collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality and other technical functions to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Food Science or related field.
• Proven experience in product development within the ice cream category.
• Strong knowledge of ice cream formulation, raw materials and processes.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Support formulation development and product validation and specification management.
• Execute laboratories, pilot plant and industrial trials; analyze results.
• Maintain technical documentation and product specifications for compliance.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the category.
