MOWI Central Europe is seeking a Transport & Logistics Specialist to join its Supply Chain team in Bologna. You will manage logistics flows, stock control and coordination with production sites and external operators, contributing to efficiency across transport, warehouse and supply processes.

The role requires strong English, Excel proficiency and experience in warehousing or logistics, with a hybrid on-site/remote work model and a 40-hour work week.

Competenze

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines; qualifications in logistics, transport or supply chain management are a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, transport or logistics environment is required.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suite; experience with company management systems and Inventory Management Systems, such as WMS and ERP.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, required to effectively manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, production sites and internal teams.

• Stock allocation and inventory management
• Allocation of goods in stock to meet customer compliance requirements, monitoring of stock levels and updating databases
• Coordination of shipments and goods receiving
• Coordination of inbound and outbound goods flows with 3PL providers, ensuring timelines and proper operations
• Communication with suppliers, carriers and production sites
• Direct contact with production sites and interface with couriers, suppliers and internal functions for delivery planning
• Process optimization and identifying opportunities to improve logistics processes
