BoF Careers in Milan is seeking a Transport Operations Control Specialist to join the Transport team based at our Milan HQ. You will support global transportation operations control of finished products, components, and materials, contributing to efficient end-to-end shipment management.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in supply chain/logistics within a multinational, a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in a supply chain/logistics role within a multinational company.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Management Engineering.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions.

Mansioni

• Oversee and coordinate transportation activities for end-to-end shipments of finished goods, components and materials.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and define corrective actions.
• Lead special projects and business reviews with logistics partners and internal departments to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain monitoring tools, run internal meetings, and keep action plans with timelines.
