MongoDB Inc. is seeking Technical Services Engineers based in Milan for a hybrid role (Tue–Sat shift). You will tackle complex MongoDB challenges, advise customers, and optimize performance across cloud and on-premise deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
• Experience with distributed systems and database architectures
• Experience with mission-critical product applications and databases (RDMBS or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with Cloud/Enterprise apps and real-time data processing

Responsabilités

• Resolve complex MongoDB-related issues for large customers
• Improve performance, availability, security, and recovery for MongoDB deployments
• Collaborate with product management and development to advocate for customer needs
• Contribute to internal tools for performance benchmarking and diagnostics
• Help frontend and backend developers build next-generation applications on MongoDB platform
