Flender is seeking a motivated Order Manager Trainee for an extracurricular internship in Italy. The role supports Order Management and Business Control activities within Flender Italia, joining the Wind Italy Business Unit to work with leading operators in the wind industry.

Key tasks include SAP order management, supplier coordination, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance.

Competenze

• Economic/Accounting education is required.
• Attention to details and precision are essential.
• Proactive problem solving is expected.
• Ability to work in team and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong time and priorities management.

Mansioni

• Entering and managing orders and related documentation in SAP and other company tools.
• Maintaining regular communication with Flender factories/suppliers for lead times.
• Collaborating with colleagues in Italy and abroad to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Cross-functional communication with Sales, Logistics and Finance departments.
• Supporting Business Control with invoice-checking tasks and reporting.
