Qualifications

• Strong aptitude for numerical analysis and handling complex data with high accuracy.
• Ability to prepare, interpret and present financial reports including P&L statements, forecasts, and progress analyses.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, results-oriented approach.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally.
• Proactive problem-solver with collaboration across Finance, Sales, Services, Operations, and Vendor Management.

Responsibilities

• Weekly and monthly forecast (costs and revenue).
• Analyze financial and operational metrics.
• Knowledge of vendor rebate policies and procedures.
• Support vendor rebate tracking, validation, and reporting processes.
• Prepare regular reports for business leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of business and financial information.
• Provide analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reporting quality.
