NTT DATA in Milan is seeking a motivated professional to join the Contract Lifecycle Management team. You will support forecasting, analyze financial metrics, and manage vendor rebate processes while collaborating with Finance, Sales, Services, and Operations to align commercial, operational, and financial objectives.

The role offers exposure to critical business processes in a fast-paced technology environment, with hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to influence strategic decisions.

Competenze

• Strong numerical analysis with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and present financial reports including P&L, forecasts, and analyses.
• Excellent organization and prioritization with a structured, results-oriented approach.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative across Finance, Sales, Services, Operations, and Vendor Management.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with SAP, PowerBI and vendor tools.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data analytics.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

• Weekly and monthly forecast (costs and revenue).
• Analyze financial and operational metrics.
• Knowledge of vendor rebate policies and procedures.
• Support vendor rebate tracking, validation, and reporting processes.
• Prepare regular reports for business leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of business and financial information.
• Provide analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting quality, and efficiency.
