Galileo Green Energy in Milan is seeking a M&A and Project Finance Intern to assist in analyzing investment opportunities in renewable energy. This role offers a 6-month internship in a dynamic environment where you can influence key decisions.

You will work closely with senior team members and gain valuable experience in corporate finance, market research, and financial modelling, all while collaborating with passionate professionals across Europe.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and another European language is a plus.

Competenze

• Previous experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or project finance considered a plus.
• Basic understanding of corporate finance, valuation principles, and financial modelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Support M&A and Project Finance teams in analysis and execution of transactions.
• Assist in preparation and review of financial models for M&A and project finance.
• Contribute to market research and benchmarking activities.

Conoscenze

Excellent academic background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Good analytical and quantitative skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English

Formazione
