Thales Alenia Space in Rome is seeking a Legal & Contract Manager to provide legal and contract management expertise for tenders, contracts, subcontracts and partnerships. The role involves preparing bids, drafting and negotiating agreements, and monitoring execution to protect the company's rights and obligations.

Permanent contract with 7–10 years of experience, CCNL Met/Ind B3 category, and a competitive package including a performance bonus.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of experience in legal and contract management.
• Experience with tenders, contracts, subcontracts and partnerships.
• Proven ability to prepare bids and monitor contract execution.

Mansioni

• Prepare bids, draft and negotiate contracts, complex subcontracts and partnerships.
• Monitor execution and compliance of contracts throughout the lifecycle.
