Thales Group in Rome, Latium, Italy, seeks a Trade Compliance Manager to lead export controls and restrictive measures, ensuring compliance across the organization. The role supports continuity of operations while protecting the company from non-compliance risks.

Reporting to the Trade Compliance Director, you will drive program deployment and cross-functional collaboration across business units, leveraging extensive regulatory knowledge and leadership experience.

Competenze

• Permanent experience of 15-22 years in trade compliance or related field.
• Experience with export controls and customs regulations; risk management.
• Understanding of CCNL Met/Ind A1 category.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with export controls and restrictive measures for the entity's activities.
• Support deployment of the Trade Compliance program and mitigate non-compliance risks.
• Report to the Trade Compliance Director and contribute to program effectiveness.

Reporting to the entity's Trade Compliance Director, the Trade Compliance Manager 2, delegated by the GBU/CBU Trade Compliance Director, helps to ensure that the entity's activities comply with all regulations relating to export controls (national and international applicable to its field), restrictive measures (sectoral or general) and, where applicable, customs regulations. In this capacity, he/she contributes to the deployment and implementation of the entity's Trade Compliance program, with the main mission of ensuring the continuity of its activities and protecting it against any risk of non-compliance.

Permanent Experience 15-22 years. CCNL Met/Ind A1 Category. 55.144,19 - 74.549,00. VC up to 12%. CIPI: up to 2.186. Performance Bonus (PDR) up to 4.050.
