Thales Alenia Space in Italy seeks a Contract Manager to provide legal and contract management expertise across tenders, contracts, subcontracts and partnerships. You will prepare bids, draft and negotiate agreements, and monitor their execution to ensure compliance and value delivery.

Permanent contract with 7-10 years of experience; CCNL Met/Ind B3 category; lucrative base salary plus performance incentives and benefits.

Competenze

• Experience 7-10 years in contract management and deals.
• Hands-on with tenders, contracts and subcontracts negotiations.
• Knowledge of CCNL Met/Ind B3 category is preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare bids and draft contracts and complex subcontracts.

The main responsibility of the Contract Manager is to provide legal and contract management expertise to companies and entities within a given area of responsibility, enabling them to fulfil their rights and obligations in relation to specific commitments: tenders, contracts, complex subcontracts and partnerships.

He/she is involved in preparing bids, drafting and negotiating contracts, complex subcontracts and partnerships, as well as monitoring their execution.
