Job summary

Odoo is hiring a Junior Account Executive in Milano for fresh graduates. The role is a full-time permanent contract with a hybrid work model: 3 days on site and 2 fixed remote days. Base salary starts at €30,000 per year plus commissions, with a cap at 1000% based on performance.

As an Account Executive, you will use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and guide prospects from qualification to closing while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate with up to six months experience.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.
• Motivation to learn sales processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from qualification to closing with a consultative approach.
• Demonstrate apps, features, and updates to clients to show value.
• Build and nurture relationships and support clients during onboarding in the first months.
