wpd windmanager seeks a Junior Accountant in Rome to manage ongoing financial accounting under Italian GAAP and support financial reporting for banks and investors. The role involves collaborating with tax advisors and handling day-to-day accounting with accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold an economics/finance degree with an accounting focus, have MS Office proficiency, and demonstrate strong English skills. The position offers a permanent contract and a hybrid work setup within Italy.

Competenze

• Degree in economics with a focus on finance/accounting or comparable training/qualification with further education as an accountant.
• First professional experience in financial accounting or auditing ideal.
• Good knowledge of Italian GAAP.

Mansioni

• Ongoing financial accounting according to Italian GAAP.
• Independent handling of accounting issues according to Italian GAAP.
• Controlling of current business operations including target-actual comparison and liquidity planning.
• Payment preparations and transactions.
• Preparation of reporting for banks and investors.
• Close cooperation with tax consultants for annual financial statements per Italian GAAP and IFRS and corporate tax returns.
• Handling communication with clients, suppliers and public authorities.
