Docsity is seeking an HR Generalist to lead and evolve HR across Docsity and group companies. This hands-on role covers recruitment, HR administration and contract management, plus internal stakeholder management.

You will manage end-to-end hiring, contract lifecycles, onboarding/offboarding, and alignment with leadership on hiring needs and growth paths. A hybrid model is offered with a Turin office presence.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Proven experience as HR generalist or People & Culture in fast-paced tech or edtech.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance.
• Hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, performance management and HR operations.
• Ability to work autonomously with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

About this role

As HR Generalist at Docsity, you will lead and evolve our established HR function across Docsity and the other companies of our group. This is a hands-on role combining recruitment, HR administration and contract management, and internal stakeholder management.

You will mainly:

Recruitment

• Manage hiring processes end to end across all group companies, from defining job profiles and sourcing to interviews, offers and contract signing
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both employees and freelancers
• Continuously optimize and automate recruitment workflows

HR administration & contract management

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for employees, freelancers and suppliers, from drafting and negotiation to renewals, amendments and terminations
• Act as the main contact for external payroll and labor consultants
• Maintain HR records and tracking tools for contracts, deadlines, leave and absences, providing regular reporting to management
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, from documentation to access and equipment

Internal stakeholder management

• Act as the main HR point of contact for leadership, managers and teams across group companies
• Partner with leadership to define organizational and hiring needs, headcount planning, roles and growth paths
• Advise managers on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance issues and sensitive cases
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting and employee development

Compliance & culture

• Oversee health & safety obligations, including mandatory training
• Own internal HR communications and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (C1+)
• Master's degree, preferably in Work and Organizational Psychology or a related field
• Proven experience in an HR generalist or People & Culture role, ideally in a fast-paced tech or edtech environment
• Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR compliance
• Hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, performance management and HR operations
• The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders and priorities at once
• Experience supporting HR in multi-entity or international organizations is a plus
