Electrolux Group is seeking an HR Data Analyst to strengthen the HR Operations Team and support data‑driven decisions across the organization. The role is based in Europe with a hybrid working model.

You will transform HR data into insights, collaborate with HR partners and other HR teams to ensure data quality, insightful reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis in HR/people domain.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Monitor workforce trends and metrics (headcount, labor cost, turnover, absence, engagement, diversity).
• Analyze and interpret HR data from multiple sources (FTE, Cost, Performance, Rewards).
• Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Track redundancy cost and align with Finance on cost allocation.
