Electrolux Group is seeking an HR Data Analyst to strengthen HR Operations and empower data-driven decisions across the organization. The role is based in Europe with a hybrid working model and reports to the HR Director Operations EMEA and APAC.

You will transform HR data into insights supporting workforce decisions, collaborating with HR partners and other teams to ensure data quality, insightful reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis, preferably in HR or people-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Monitor workforce trends and metrics such as headcount/FTE, labor cost, turnover, absence, engagement, and diversity.
• Analyze and interpret HR data from multiple sources (e.g., FTE, Cost, Performance, Rewards).
• Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business and HR needs.
• Track redundancy cost and ensure proper allocation of cost with Finance alignment.
• Support cyclical HR processes with data insights (budget, strategic plan, workforce planning, surveys, rewards cycles).
• Improve reporting and analytical capabilities through digital tools in collaboration with Operations Excellence.
