Zusammenfassung

Electrolux Group is seeking an HR Data Analyst to strengthen the HR Operations Team across Europe. You will transform HR data into actionable insights to support workforce decisions and operational excellence, collaborating with the HR Director Operations EMEA & APAC, People Business Partners, and other HR teams.

The role is based in Europe with a hybrid working model in line with local policy. You will develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs while ensuring data quality,

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
Exposure to manufacturing is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

Monitor workforce trends and metrics (headcount, labor cost, turnover, absences).
Analyze and interpret HR data from multiple sources (FTE, Cost, Performance, Rewards).
Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
Track redundancy cost and align with Finance for cost allocation.
Support cyclical HR processes with data insights.
Work with Operations Excellence to drive cost-related improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
Respond to ad-hoc data requests and simplify reporting through digital tools.
