Electrolux Group is seeking an HR Data Analyst to strengthen our HR Operations Team across Europe. You will transform HR data into insights that support workforce decisions and operational excellence, collaborating with HR Directors, People Partners and other HR teams to ensure high‑quality data and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis in an HR environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with high attention to detail.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or similar HRIS.
• Exposure to manufacturing is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor workforce trends and metrics such as headcount, labor cost, turnover and engagement.
• Analyze and interpret HR data from multiple sources (e.g., FTE, Cost, Performance, Rewards).
• Develop, maintain and automate HR reports, dashboards and KPIs.
• Track redundancy cost and coordinate with Finance on cost allocation.
• Support cyclical HR processes with data insights.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence to improve people cost indicators.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity through quality checks.
• Handle ad‑hoc data requests while ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting through digital tools.
