You will oversee the full mobilization cycle, including end-to-end travel logistics, visa compliance, and expense processing, acting as the primary contact for deployed personnel.

Competenze

• Experience in travel administration, logistics coordination or project support.
• Fluent Italian and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with ERP or travel-booking software is a plus.

• Coordinate end-to-end international travel logistics for offshore crews.
• Review travel expenses and liaise with finance.
• Provide on-assignment support and resolve travel issues.
