Job summary

Vestas in Taranto, Italy, seeks a Project Document Controller to manage contractual document streams, filing structures, and as-built submissions for Mediterranean region projects, supporting the Project team and site operations.

The role requires experience with SAP, DMS systems (PROCORE/ProjectWise/Acconex), and fluency in Italian and English. Work model is hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days from home).< /p>

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Document Control or Project Support within Energy, EPC, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required to operate with local teams and a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project structures in Meddocs (MS Sharepoint).
• Coordinate approval applications between project managers, vendors, and customers, ensuring compliance with contractual and site requirements.
• Follow up on quality documentation (FAT) to trigger contract payment milestones and ensure Local Content compliance.
• Coordinate insurance requirements and track CAR insurance coverage during project execution.
• Coordinate CE plate creation and timely delivery with local vendors.
• Configure Site Apps, provide user support, and deliver training to project teams.
• Archive and classify project documentation in MedDocs and validate records from Procore.
