Job summary
BAT is seeking a Digital Consumer Experience Intern in Italy to support planning, execution and optimization of online campaigns and platforms. You will learn to manage and develop fully optimized content and evaluate performances for continuous improvement of digital activities.
The role offers hybrid work arrangements, a monthly internship reimbursement of €800 gross, meal vouchers, and opportunities for online learning and growth within BAT.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in digital marketing, consumer experience and UX/UI.
- Good understanding of digital platforms and online customer journeys.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and willingness to develop content optimization.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail for clear content.
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with teams and partners.
Responsibilities
- Support the ideation, implementation and go-live of digital campaigns across company platforms.
- Coordinate web pages and digital solutions with Brand, Legal and external agencies.
- Plan, execute and monitor digital content performance across affiliate platforms.
- Contribute to SEO activities across Italian websites and editorial workflows.
- Measure and report digital marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Support budget tracking and related administrative activities.
