Job summary

Scaleway is seeking a Customer Success Manager to strengthen the Italian portfolio. You will cultivate long-term relationships, drive adoption of cloud and AI solutions, and identify growth opportunities across a diverse set of accounts.

Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Support, and Product teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes. Based in Italy, you will work in a hybrid setup, interacting with international teams and contributing to a scalable CS practice.

Qualifications

5–10 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles within tech.
Solid understanding of cloud industry and ecosystem, competitive landscape and trends.
Engineering background with commercial skills or commercial cloud experience is relevant.
Strong business acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities across accounts.
Data-driven, comfortable with reporting and customer management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Metabase, Slack).

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with customer users and decision-makers.
Understand customers' objectives and data to identify growth opportunities.
Define and follow customer-specific success plans to maximize satisfaction and reduce churn.
Drive adoption of Scaleway services, features, and capabilities.
Identify, negotiate, and close upsell, cross-sell, renewal opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Solution Architects, Support, and Product teams to meet customer needs.
Represent customer voice to Scaleway's roadmap and provide insights.
