Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of relevant IT/BI experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Mansioni

• Requirement gathering with business users to document needs and goals.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design system requirements and contribute to configuration aligned with business needs.
• Communicate effectively with IT teams, business users, and project managers.
• Prepare and execute test scripts, document results and maintain test docs.
• Support technology projects from planning to implementation and ongoing support.
• Stay up-to-date with ICT trends and technologies.
