CNH Industrial Group in Torino is seeking a Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, design system specs, test, document, and support projects, while staying current with ICT trends.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of relevant IT/BI experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Job Purpose

Bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. They analyze business processes, identify technology opportunities, and help translate business requirements into technical specifications for projects, improvements and bug fixing.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Working with business users to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and documenting these requirements.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyzing existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through technology.
• Solution Design: Developing and documenting system requirements, contributing to the design and configuration of systems, and ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Communication: Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business users, and project managers.
• Testing and Documentation: Preparing and executing test scripts, documenting test results, and maintaining test documentation.
• Project Support: Supporting various technology projects, from initial planning and design to implementation and ongoing support.
• Staying Current: Staying up-to-date with the latest ICT trends and technologies.

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (eg Masters degree and entry level role)
• Strong administrative skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is eur 39.000 - 59.800 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
