CNH Industrial Group in Torino, Italy, is seeking a Business Intelligence & Automation Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions. You will analyze processes, document requirements, and help translate them into technical specs for projects, improvements and bug fixes.

The role requires a BS in CS/Engineering/Business, at least 2 years of related experience, strong administrative and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong administrative skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.

Job Purpose

Bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions. They analyze business processes, identify technology opportunities, and help translate business requirements into technical specifications for projects, improvements and bug fixing.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (eg Masters degree and entry level role)
Strong administrative skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Ability to work at a fast pace efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is eur 39.000 - 59.800 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
