CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Commodity Buyer Senior Specialist - Mechanical in Torino, Italy. Hybrid work mode with a focus on sourcing hydraulic, pneumatic and steering systems for European plants.

The role leads supplier relationships, cost management and strategic purchasing decisions to secure timely and cost-effective parts. Ideal candidates have a degree in Economics/Business or Engineering, fluent English, strong Excel skills and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Competenze

• Degree or higher in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Office package.
• Relevant product/commodity knowledge.
• Knowledge of local supplier markets for the relevant product/commodity.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the position.

Mansioni

• Lead procurement and sourcing of hydraulic, pneumatic and steering systems for Mechanical commodity.
• Manage supplier relationships and central purchasing strategies to ensure timely production.
• Negotiate and implement total cost improvement initiatives and cost reductions.
• Drive, forecast and report economic savings, KPI backlog, and price negotiations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new product launches and sourcing strategies.
