Vertiv in Piove di Sacco, Italy is seeking an NPDI Project Manager to lead new product development and engineered-to-order projects across regions. The role requires coordinating engineering, operations, procurement, and product management while managing scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ project management experience, a background in engineering, and PMP certification is strongly preferred. Travel up to 20% within Europe may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project/Program Manager in a structured organization.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end project management for NPDI: new product development and introductions.
• Ensure projects follow the Corporate NPDI Process and adhere to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and execute project plans with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, product management, and procurement.
• Identify resources and staff projects, coordinating with multiple functions.
• Track progress, budget use, and KPIs; report to senior management.
