Sati Group is seeking a Regional Manager responsible for commercial development in the rubber and plastics sector. The role includes managing client relationships and implementing sales strategies across Italy and internationally.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, a degree in a relevant field, and a strong command of English. The position requires willingness to travel within Italy and attend trade fairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial roles within the rubber/plastics sector.
• Experience in customer management and regional business development.
• Excellent command of English, minimum B2 level.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the regional sales plan.
• Develop and strengthen the customer portfolio.
• Manage commercial relationships with international clients.
• Negotiate contracts and framework agreements.
• Attend national and international trade fairs.

Connaissances

Knowledge of elastomeric materials

Understanding of industrial hose applications

Familiarity with industry regulations

Ability to read technical datasheets

Good command of CRM tools

Microsoft Office proficiency

Degree in a technical or economic discipline
