Procter & Gamble in Rome seeks an HR intern who will lead organizational change initiatives, participate in end-to-end employee engagement projects, and leverage data analytics to inform people decisions.

You'll work on HR topics such as Employee & Labor Relations, HR Business Partnership, Employee Engagement, Organization Design, and Project Management, with formal training and daily mentoring from the HR team.

• Master student or recent graduate in a related field with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Fluent in Italian and capable of excellent English communication.
• Available for a 6 months internship.
• Knowledge of data analytics and systems navigation.

As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on.

All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. At this internship, your projects will deliver deep understanding in areas such as Employee & Labor Relations, HR Business Partnership, Employee Engagement, Organization Design, Project Management, etc.

You might be involved in:

• leading change and handling the transformation of the organization;
• the design and delivery of an end-to-end employee engagement project;
• taking business and organization decisions based on data analytics;
• the external benchmarking of HR development systems and presentations to the Senior HR Management.

• are a Master student or recent graduate in a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills;
• are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English;
• are available for a 6 months internship;
• have knowledge of data analytics and systems navigation and the ability to deliver breakthrough results;
• have creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with your goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
