P&G Italia, con sede in Lazio, cerca un/una stagista nel dipartimento Risorse Umane. In questa posizione avrai responsabilità fin dal Day 1 su progetti significativi, contribuendo allo sviluppo delle persone e dell'organizzazione.

Il programma offre formazione e mentoring, con opportunità di crescita in un contesto internazionale e focus su Employee Engagement, Organization Design e Project Management. Durata prevista 6 mesi, laurea magistrale o laureando richiesto e buona conoscenza di italiano

Competenze

• Sei un/una studente/master laurea magistrale in un campo affine, con capacità dimostrate di leadership.
• Hai conoscenze di analisi dati e capacità di navigare sistemi.
• Parli fluentemente italiano e hai buon inglese scritto e parlato.

Mansioni

• Contribuirai a progetti significativi fin dall'inizio, guidando parti del processo di valutazione, design e transizioni.
• Lavorerai su iniziative HR come Employee Engagement, Organization Design e Project Management.
• Riceverai formazione formale e mentoring quotidiano dal tuo responsabile e dal team HR.

Meaningful work from Day One: As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, work process improvements or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR internship – you will have truly meaningful projects to work on. At this internship, your projects will deliver deep understanding in areas such as Employee & Labor Relations, HR Business Partnership, Employee Engagement, Organization Design, Project Management, etc. You might be involved in:

• leading change and handling the transformation of the organization;
• the design and delivery of an end-to-end employee engagement project;
• taking business and organization decisions based on data analytics;
• the external benchmarking of HR development systems and presentations to the Senior HR Management.

Job Qualifications You are a good fit for this internship if you:

• are a Master student or recent graduate in a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills;
• are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English;
• are available for a 6 months internship;
• have knowledge of data analytics and systems navigation and the ability to deliver breakthrough results;
• have creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with your goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
