Procter & Gamble in Rome is offering an HR internship designed to develop your leadership and analytics skills while contributing to real business projects. You will work on assessment, design, transition, and process improvements across HR functions, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Ideal candidates are Master students or recent graduates fluent in Italian with strong English, eager to learn, and ready for a 6-month program with formal training, mentoring, and opportunities for growth

Competenze

• Master student or recent graduate in a related field, with demonstrated leadership skills
• Fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English
• Available for a 6 months internship
• Knowledge of data analytics and systems navigation and the ability to deliver breakthrough results
• Creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with your goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
